Terms and Conditions for the "Guess the Singer from Michal Urbaniak's Latest Single 'Sippin'" Competition

1. Introduction

1.1. The "Guess the Singer from Michal Urbaniak's Latest Single 'Sippin'" competition (the "Competition") is organized by Urbshop.com (the "Organizer").

1.2. By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not participate.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

3. How to Enter

3.1. To participate in the Competition, entrants must listen to a fragment of Michal Urbaniak's latest single "Sippin'" available on the Organizer's website and social media platforms.

3.2. Entrants must then guess the singer featured in the song and submit their guess through the provided entry form on the Organizer's website.

3.3. Entrants are required to provide their real first name and a valid email address to submit their guess. This information is necessary for the Organizer to contact the winners.

3.4. Each participant may only submit one entry. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will result in disqualification.

3.5. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (EST) on September 15, 2024. Late entries will not be accepted.

4. Use of Personal Information

4.1. By entering the Competition, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data (first name and email address) by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the Competition, contacting the winners, and delivering the prizes.

4.2. All participants will automatically be subscribed to the Organizer’s newsletter. Participants may opt out of the newsletter at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any of the newsletters received.

4.3. All participants will receive a free download of the single "Sippin'" by Michal Urbaniak as a thank you for participating.

4.4. The Organizer will not share participants' personal data with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the Competition or as required by law.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. All participants who correctly guess the singer featured in "Sippin'" will be entered into a random draw.

5.2. The first, second, and third place winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries with correct answers.

5.3. The winners will be selected within 7 days after the Competition closes.

5.4. The winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Prizes

6.1. The prizes for the Competition are as follows:

• 1st Place: $1,000 USD, 3 Hand-signed Vinyls, and 14 Digital Albums.
• 2nd Place: 2 Hand-signed Vinyls and 3 Digital Albums.
• 3rd Place: 1 Hand-signed Vinyl and Digital Albums.

6.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

7. Organizer's Right to Withdraw

7.1. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw, cancel, or suspend the Competition at any time without prior notice. In such an event, the Organizer will not be liable to any participant for any damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from the withdrawal, cancellation, or suspension of the Competition.

8. General Conditions

8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.

8.2. The Organizer's decisions regarding all matters related to the Competition are final and binding.

8.3. The Organizer is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

8.4. By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Competition or any prize won.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

9.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York, United States of America.
